Denver +7.5

This is too many points here to lay the Nuggets Saturday.

Denver has been no pushover this season, sitting 2 games over the .500 mark and come in with some nice momentum. A home win yesterday over Memphis highlighted by extremely good defense, gives them some nice steam here as they'll need every bit of that defense against this Spurs team.

Denver's offense is also a nice threat. They are averaging over 107 points per game, really attacking and finding some easy buckets at the rim.

Some trends to note. Nuggets are 4-0-2 ATS in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. Nuggets are 7-1-1 ATS in their last 9 vs. Western Conference.

Grab the points here.

Back Denver.

Good Luck, Razor Ray.

My 1* Free Play is on the Denver Nuggets (8:35 EST).

The 22-20 Denver Nuggets are in San Antonio to take on the 28-15 Spurs and for a number of different reasons, I think this one favors the visitors.

The Nuggets come in off an impressive 87-78 win over the Grizzlies at home last night.

San Antonio enters off a 93-81 setback to the Lakers on Thursday.

Denver comes in averaging 107.3 PPG, while conceding 106.1. That defense looked pretty good though in holding Memphis to under 80 points last night.

The Spurs average 101.2 PPG and concede 98.3. In the loss to the Lakers San Antonio shot just 40 percent from the floor and committed 21 turnovers. Note that Kawhi Leonard sat that one out with injury and he’s questionable for this one as well.

Additionally I’ll point out that the Nuggets are 5-1-2 ATS in their last eight on the road, while San Antonio is just 5-9 ATS this season against good offensive teams which average 106-plus points per contest.

I think Denver can keep this one competitive against the struggling Spurs. Consider grabbing the points.

Good luck…Larry
